Do you think your department has what it takes to beat a rival department at bowling? Would you like spending a few hours having fun with your colleagues and friends while raising money for student scholarships? Well, now is your chance! The MCFF is asking for twenty-four teams of four members each for a fun night of bowling, eating, and celebrating. And this time, we are encouraging inter-department rivalry! Step 1: Complete the Sign-Up Form
Please provide the names of your team members on the Bowl-A-Thon Sign-up form (Word or PDF). Follow the instructions on the Sign-Up form. See the payment instructions below.

Step 2: Make Your Payment
Each team member is $50 or $200 per team (teams of four). To make your team's payment, you can collect the money from all your team members or have each team member pay individually. There are three ways to make your team's payment.
(a) Paper: Mail your team's Sign-Up Form and payment payable to The Maricopa Colleges Faculty Foundation to Janice Reilly at 520 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 25282.
(b) Telephone: Call Janice Reilly with your credit card information at 480-461-7186.
(c) Online: Click the Make Bowl-A-Thon Payment button below and complete the requested information. Please be sure to select Bowl-A-Thon from the drop down list on the payment form. Once you provide your basic information, you will click a button that will take you to a secure payment form where you enter your credit card information.
